Do I need a developer to install MISE?
No. MISE installs via Shopify app blocks. You add it to your theme from the Theme Editor in a few clicks — no code required.
Will MISE work with my existing Shopify theme?
Yes. MISE uses Shopify's native theme app extension system, which works with all Online Store 2.0 compatible themes.
What happens after the free trial?
You'll be charged $49/month or $499/year through Shopify's billing system. You can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin.
Can I customise which frame options appear per product?
Yes. From the MISE dashboard you control exactly which materials, finishes, and sizes are available on each product.
What Shopify plan do I need?
MISE works on all Shopify plans that include the Online Store sales channel — Basic and above.
Does MISE slow down my store?
The frame builder loads as an app block where you place it. We recommend testing on a duplicate theme first and keeping large media optimised.
Can customers see a 3D preview before buying?
Yes. Shoppers can interact with a real-time 3D preview (and AR on supported devices) depending on how you configure the block.
